Bouncing Baby Boy!

Thought you've all have enough with all the freebies i've finished recently, so here's not a freebie for a change, though i still have a couple of freebie finishes but not yet completed into something.
I really like this design, isn't it so CUTE, i've stitched it for the third time now.
When i went to bed last tuesday night i was so excited because one of my siter who is living in Canada shared her good news that she's 2 months pregnant after been trying for nearly two years. Woke up the next day with a message from my mobile that one of our friend gave birth that night, a week early than was expected. Excitement continues! So when the kids left for school and in between housechores i started stitching the design for the card. They live on the mainland and she's with the baby still in the hospital. This morning after instructing the kids for their lunch break and both off to school i went to the ferry. I was able to catch the morning visit at the hospital, which was only an hour.
Here's a couple of pictures taken, isn't he a cutie!!

Been working on and off with the last series for the needlerolls. Just finished stitching the January serie and i still have to do February till May. I think i will try to do one each month.

I've subscribed to a couple of U.K magazines for a few years, and i am going to miss them now as i didn't renew any this year. Can't afford it anymore, hopefully someday...
Anyway, any ideas how to keep the magazines. Dou you keep the whole magazine or cut them and arrange it by themes or seasons?
I really have to start sorting here and as you can see on the picture i can't keep it that way or else it does need lots of boxes, i am sure hubby won't be happy with it. Please, any opinions are welcome.

It will be a busy and fun weekend here, Grace friends are coming for sleep over, so there will be four girls, while Chris goes to one of his friends. I will be out with friends(saturday evening) to the village hall to watch the yearly show played by a group of villagers. Afterwards, i think there's a band so it will be fun!

Thank you all so much for visiting my blog especially to those who take the time to leave me a comment. I do appreciate them so much. Hope everyone have a wonderful weekend!

And, oh my! The baby is too precious. I LOVE babies!!!!! Am enjoying three right now, in my home!!!
Your needlerolls continue to amaze me.
As far as magazines, I finally got some storage containers for most of mine. The British ones do not fit thou!! So, they are in a big under the bed box!
Have a great weekend. It sounds like you will be very busy!

For my magazines, In the beginning of my career i used to tear out what i wanted and toss the rest, but now I photocopy the 1 or 2 patterns I think i will do, put them in a page protector and keep them in a binder by theme. ( I file my freebies the same way) I then give the magazines to other stitchers and have a nice file of what i like to do!

Your needleroll collection is so pretty!

I keep all the magazines as such, and hopefully never run out of storing space :-)

What a sweet baby! And that's the perfect pattern. Looks so cute.

Your needlerolls are gorgeous. Great collection.

I had to get rid of many years of mags last summer. Just not enough space. But I just store those I do have by year. I went through and cut out pages I thought I might stitch one day and only kept mags complete that had a lot that I was interested in.

What a lovely baby, and such a sweet card you made for him.
I tear out the magazine pages I think I might use, and throw the rest away. I store the pages in plastic pockets in ring binders

Love to see all those magazines. I arrange them by their numbers or by date/year. Love your needlerolls and such beautiful pics of the bub.

Wonderful stitching, Mylene. the recipient of the card will be so happy about it. And your needleroll collection looks gorgeous.
I never tear my magazines because I love to browse them every now and then. I keep them in those standing magazine folders which are next to my stitching and quilting books on some shelves. As I have never subscribed to any of them I don't have too many. And there's still some space on the shelves.

what a cute little boy! Congratulations to the parents! :)

and your stitching is really nice, too :)

I do not have so many magazines, but I also think a lot how to store them, what would be the best way. But I keep the whole magazine, do not cut them.

Love your card & needlerolls Mylene!
Congratulations to your sister ! Your friends baby is adorable too!
I just keep my magazines on a shelf in my closet. I am actually going through them right now. I have way too many. I don't think I would ever cut anything out of them. If there is something I may stitch in one I will just keep it.
