...tiny finish, a b-day party & renovation pics.

The only stitching i could share, finished the November block of Sylvia's SAL.

...another of our friends turn '50' next week but he will be leaving this week to Brazil for work so his wife and kids organise a surprise party for him last weekend. So friday midnight we went & installed the doll at their frontyard.

They had celebrated it at one of the pub with live music. We sure had fun, lots of dancing...

Here are some progress pictures of the ongoing works at home. These were of last week works on the house.

And as always tried to make something for the coffee break. Also, always made some extra for their lunch break like soup or snack. It is sooooo cold over here so they does need something warm to eat.

As always, many many thanks for stopping by and all the lovely comments. All are very much appreciated. I hope you are all having a good week.

Don't you just love the November motif?

A lot of progress on the house. That must be so encouraging! I'm sure it's due to the sustenance you are providing with all the goodies!

I think the November SAL motif is my favorite, Mylene--so cute! Your friend's party looks delightful--it is easy to spot you with your beautiful long hair!

Wonderful progress on the house--how much longer until you are all finished? I'm sure the workmen won't want to leave your home after all the goodies you've provided them.

These birthday celebrations look like lots of fun! :) And your little stitching is so nice, looking forward to see the whole SAL piece finished. These are so nice patterns. Here we are not doing any works but still in the last several day I did not get to stitch at all :( The works on the house are progressing very nicely, but I think Carol is right, the workers will not want to leave you to keep on getting those lovely cakes :)

Please email me the recipe for the apple & pineapple cake...mmmmm! The house is coming along & know you are excited. We built our home about 5 years ago & it was tiring, stressful, but sooo wonderful when it was finished.
