Baby card and another new start...
Despite the busy schedule at work and other activities, socially and kids after school, manage to finished a baby card for my boss granddaughter.
...the beginning of May has been rainy, cold and windy so had a chance to search for some designs i would like to start, as well as books to read. With the designs, i haven't all the needed threads so hope to order it soon. Did start the CCN chart but one thread is missing too so have to wait for that as well, but atleast once i started a design it is easier to pick it up anytime.
A collage of some of the activities last week. Was really a whirlwind of activity, working at daytime & catching up on social life afterwards, not to forget the kids activities too!

Mylene, the baby card is precious! I love the piece you have started; I am very fond of the Little House Needleworks and the Country Cottage charts. I love to read also; have been doing a lot of that lately. Make sure you take time for YOU! Even if you only put in a few stitches or read a couple of pages, it is important to have some 'me' time. lol

What a nice collection of charts and books. I love doing this as well - browsing through my stash and pull out some things I want to get busy with as soon as possible - although I always have a couple of WIPs that need attention as well, lol. Very nice start!
