Been back a while...

...nearly 2 weeks now and still getting back to reality..means to daily routines here, kids going to school, getting on with friends-walks two-three times a week if weather permits and other friends for chat, getting back to work which due to the nice weather we are having lately lots of tourist coming in so it got busy and had started work 4 days a week instead of 1 or 2 days a week. Hubby isn't home when i got back as he is at work in Scotland and due to be home more than a week from now. The first picture below was taken after an hour i arrived home, sunrise and looking at my sorroundings..feeling home! It took me about 2 days travel from island Texel to our town here in Ifugao, Philippines. Never known this area about 20minutes drive from our home, glad i joined my sister and brother-in-law when they said they are going to pick some papaya's. Since the road going to there were quite rough it's not easy for anyone to go and take those fruits for sale so lots are just falling off the ground. Took some pictures of my mothers flowers sorrounding the house. It sure a task to tend to them almost everyday especially as it was quite dry when i was home, some doesn't survive comes summer too. Everytime i'm home do try to have get-together with some high school friends..those who can, and had always such fun catching up on news and everything. These fruits, "Guyabano's" & "Star apple" haven't tasted them for nearly 30years, not really in season everytime i was home before. and still a lot are and can't even remember names of fruits we had during our childhood days. More pics next time...but NO stitching as i haven't touch a needle since i left here till now. Not in the mood at all. Hope everyone's having a good weekend!
