some snow pictures but first...

...my first finish for this year. Last weekend while the children are outside playing in the snow i started this small design. Finish it the next day but i don't know yet how to finish it off. I started another small snowman design and am nearly done with it into an ornament so will show it next post.
Frosty Fun
Prairie Schooler design
JCS 2009
32 ct natural linen
DMC threads

All the snow pictures were taken last saturday and sunday.
((you can click on all pictures to enlarge if you want))

We were on the way to visit hubby's sister and saw one of our friend so stopped by and took some pictures. Children were at the dyke with their friends and doesnt want to come along.

So glad to hear Julianne recieved this just before Christmas as i sent it quite late. I think it took only a week.
Just heard from Shari last night that this ornament finally arrived, it took nearly six weeks!! But i am glad it wasn't lost.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog especially to those who take the time to leave me a comment. I do appreciate them so much. For those who had asked about if i am going to join in again next year for the dive... i don't know!!!

I'm sick of snow and cold. Your stitching is so pretty, but I want to see spring now! Glad the giftees received their gifts at last.

Love the snow pictures, Mylene--at least the sun is shining and you have a beautiful blue sky! We are also getting a lot of snow, but the skies are gray and dreary. The good thing, though, is that it is a great time to just stay inside and stitch!

Love your first 2010 finish :)

Lovely photos Mylene. Love seeing the snow but hate it when it starts to thaw then freezes and that's what it's been like here. Looks like we're in for snow all weekend too!

Love the ornament finishes.

Everyone seems to enjoy the snow. The last time that I remember enjoying the snow was when my kids were still little and we went sledging and putting up snowmen and igloos. Nowadays I just wait for the snow to melt.
But I love to stitch snowy pictures. Yours are very beautiful.

Another lovely finish. Glad the missing ornie arrived safely. More great pics there Mylene. I've stayed safely indoors - far too cold and slippery out for me. :0)
