...feeling miserable....

...and depressed lately, i am in no mood for anything even my stitching or reading...
This bouquet of flowers was delivered last monday from the company where hubby's working. Saying they were sorry for once again hubby's delayed. I nearly thrown them in the bin! I was sooo angry at that moment! Much as i love flowers, i prefer hubby to be home. Now, we are into the seven weeks that he is away...instead of the 4-5 weeks. And still no news when is he coming home...!The kids do miss him too and i did offered to take them out somewhere this break but they prefer to wait for their father and do something together. They are used to it going out together but i think with hubby's job now we cannot expect it anymore.
I'm sorry for whinning but i am just sooo frustrated! Better not post till hubby gets home i think....

I do have a stitchy post as Ellen received the mattress pincushion i made for her. It's the Spring freebie from The Prairie Schooler design.

And finished another scissor fob for the ILCS group.

Also made a small progress on "Peace Inside".

I truly appreciate all your visits on my blog and THANKS so much for taking the time to leave me a comment. Wish you all a happy weekend!

So sorry to hear this Mylene - I can understand that the flowers don't make up for the delay. Your finishes are lovely. I wanted to post to say that this morning the biscornu fob arrived at last. It is gorgeous, thank you.

They are lovely flowers but not much consolation when you still don't have hubby home. Hoping he gets home soon.

I am sorry your hubby is still away. A sign of the times I guess: If he is away for another week tell them you dont want flowers, you want a weekend break paid for lol.

You have every right to be a bit miserable and have a whine - flowers will not make up for dh being away for another week. Here's hoping he is home soon.
