Just finished this "I" butterfly alphabet, love how it turned out now but i wasn't happy with all the backstsitching. So glad it is now done and will be on it's way to you Betty by next week.
Also completed the month of May of Sylvia's SAL on her blog.
Again, we've been out for a drive last sunday, probably the last...not much Tulips flower to see anymore. Lots were already cut off! As you can see here on a couple of pictures.

Lovely stitching, the Heart SAL is so pretty! We still have to wait a while to see tulips bloom in the gardens... but not to the extent your photos show, of course :-)

The small finish looks beautiful, I myself am not so fond of back stitching at times but it does make the piece look better when done. Your Sal is coming along beautifully as well! It is sad to see that most of the tulips are gone now but it is still a pretty sight to see.

Love the tulip pictures, sorry it is the end of them. We just have corn, soy bean, hey and wheat fields. Fields of flowers would be so much better.

The tulips are gorgeous! Your "I" square is wonderful, I love the colors in it. Your little heart sal is looking wonderful as well, I really like the individual motifs for the squares and the border is adorable.
