Great to have you back, Mylene. And there are some beautiful starts.
What a pity that you spilled some wine on your project. It once happened to me with a cup of coffee. Back then I threw the finished ornament away - today I would keep it and give it an extra coffee bath in order to have the whole fabric dyed.
good to see you back Mylene!!! All of your starts look great.....so sorry about the wine spill.....oops!!! Hope it came out & will be ok!
all of your starts look great Mylene! So happy to see you back.....glad the PC is fixed.
so sorry to hear about the wine accident...oops!! I hope it washed out & will be ok to continue!
Oh no, sad news about your little accident with the wine glass.
Super new starts, enjoy your weekend.
Haven't you heard the warning, "Drinking and Stitching don't mix"? Just kidding... I've gotten more stains on stitching from eating and drinking than anything else. Hope you can salvage the stitching one way or the other.
Looks like some fun starts.
Hi,
Maybe there you will have to redo the ornament because I think if you wash your colors will loose the color!!! I'm glad you are back!!!!
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about the spilled wine, Mylene! Only another stitcher knows just how long you've already spent on that LHN project.
Nice to see your pretty stitching again now that your computer has been repaired--beautiful work, as always :)
Glad you back in operation :-). Do you like the look of 'aged' pieces? Suggestion: Make a weak solution of wine with water and dip the piece in it to see if it will come out to a shade that you like.
Great new starts! I bet you can all hear us gasp along with you over the spilled wine. Were you able to get it out? Have a great weekend :)
Good to see you back. Your stitching is looking lovely. That is a shame about spilling some wine on your stitching project, it looks like you may have to restart it. I hope not, I would have been frustrated with myself if I did that
Welcome back Mylene. Beautiful stitching. Sorry to hear you had a mishap with wine.
Great starts sweetie!! :D
Ohh I miss reading more on your blog =) I wish you'd post more often!!
hugs to you :)
Welcome back to blog land! I took a break from blogs myself.sometimes life just does that :)
Sorry to hear about the spill. I spilled soda pop on my Monopoly Board and used a Tide pen to clean it..Do you have those there? They might work.
Thank you for your kind words, Mylene ...hugs
It's so nice to see your stitching, love your ornaments WIPs - so sorry about the spilled wine.
Oh I do hope you get your wine stain sorted. I have done it a few times with my coffee but as its weak and black I can usually dab it with cold water and it will disappear.
I k ow you are pleased your computer is fixed, I know I would be lost without one. Your stitching starts are great. Take care !!
