HoE LHN exchange

I just read that Shelly P
received the package i sent to her for the exchange. I stitched 'Night & Day' and finished it into a scissor pocket pinkeep. I really hope she likes it.

Most of the items i sent previously for exchanges i do like it too and quite difficult to send it away and i always thought to stitched one for myslef one day. Well, when i started this design(night & day) i really want one for myself too so i completed both at the same time and made both exactly the same finishing too. Except the the pins...i really ran out of pins and i am looking if i can order some here locally but haven't found any yet!

Received Becky K.
packaged today. She stitched Woodland Snowfall and made it into an ornament. Thanks so much for this wonderful ornament and all these lovely goodies enclosed.

We have company again since thursday. Max will stay until monday when the owner returns from his trip to Portugal. I always forgot to take the camera with me when i take him for a walk so i took this one while he is resting at the kitchen.

The weather started fine this morning so we decided to go to the beach, the first time for me to drive going there. When we got there after 1pm it was still fine but after a couple of hours, it got cloudy and started raining so we had to packed and go home. It was predicted that we will get some rain but not that early, should be end of the day!

Thanks so much for stopping by and all the lovely comments. I really appreciate them all.

What lovely exchanges, given and received, that you've posted in this entry and your earlier one. The mailman certainly has been delivering wonderful stitching. Max looks very comfy, what a pretty dog. Sorry it decided to rain on your outing, hope on your next one the weather is nicer.

Mylene, that is so neat. I would have never of thought of making a pin keep into a scissor holder.

The scissor pocket pinkeep is a really nifty idea. I will have to try one like that. How do you do that exactly? Just put an extra piece of fabric on the back and glue around a piece of cardboard like the regular way?

Hi, Mylene - I just found your blog.

I DO love my pinkeep. This is one of my favorite LHN patterns, and I always intended to stitch it. Now I have it sitting on my shelves in my living room, where I admire it every day. I'm glad you have one to admire, too!

Thanks again!
