Weekend stitching was a waste!

Last saturday, thought a break with all the packing and sorting for the weekend and do some stitching, finished off the January LK stamp and started the february block as you can see on the picture below....((you can click on all pictures to enlarge))
Sunday, noticed i had made a mistake with the counting, thought at first to just go ahead and might not be noticed but i know where the miscounted one is and i don't feel well about it so i frogged it all out! I do hate it it when that happens.....

Finally, finished both blocks. This a new SAL on one of the Dutch yahoo group i am in and do love these series. I am not sure though how shall i stitched them all together.....

Received this wonderful RAK from Lindsay-ann a while back. Thank you so much. The bag is sure very handy and have it with me all the time.

Isn't this gorgeous!!!! It's been bright and sunny today and these peonies looks gorgeous. One of the group on yahoo mentioned about drying the flowers so i might try to do that with these. I never did it before so i hope it work work out fine.

The petunia's are doing great too....

...but i think time to change the pansies! I know i haven't taken care of my flowers lately but hopefully with the weather getting better might go out more often in between packing.

I started this post after dinner(7pm) but a friend stopped by and we had a good catch up with everything...and she just left half an hour ago, it is now nearly midnight. Better off to bed and will catch up tomorrow on blogs and groups.

Thank you all for visiting my blog and all the lovely comments. I really appreciate them all. Have a good week to all!!

Mylene,

Your flowers are all so pretty.

Efren gave me an I Pad, and the pictures on it are amazing. Your blog is the first one I have visited using it.

I am sorry you had to tear out so much of your stitching. Have you ever tried a small seam ripper to help remove stitches? I find it works very well.

Awww! Such a shame you had to rip out all you stitched :(
It happends to all of us once in awhile though.
What a nice RAK you received!

My goodness! Your flowers are gorgeous!!!!!!!! I love the next to last one. I am drawing a blank on what it is called. Mine is dying. I don't have enough shade for it. Fushia! That is what we call them!!
Have a great day!!!!

The frogging looks like it was painful but sometimes it's just easier to go ahead and do it. In the long run, it's easiest.

Dratted frogs!! I'm the same though, I don't think I could've left the miscount either :) You'll be happier in the long run I think! And your flowers are lovely too!

Your flowers are lovely and so colorful ! The Jan./Feb. blocks look great, keep that frog away :)

What a pity for the frogging :( I was doing the same on Monday. I stitched one part, removed, stitched it again, removed it again, stitched for the third time and... yes, removed it again. In that moment I put it away and then yesterday I finished without making more mistakes :) Your Lizzie Kate looks beautiful, I also like this series.

And your flowers!! They are absolutely beautiful! :)

Best wishes, Edit

Glad you liked your RAK. Don't tell Grace but Jessica sent her a RAK a couple of days ago so watch out for that! Grace's english is FANTASTIC.
I love your pretty peonies. Please let me know how the drying goes. Love your pansies they are a favorite of mine. Pansies always look like they are smiling.

Great jobs on the LK stamps. Sorry to hear about the frog's visit. I'm the same way about those small mistakes that others probably wouldn't notice. That's all I'd think about every time I looked at the piece...it's just better for me to frog them and fix them.

Beautiful flowers! I love peonies!
