Amaryllis, Tulips & an ornament!

Isn't this a beauty!! I bought a couple of stem last week, exactly a week now and they are looking beautiful!! Took these pics last friday but they still looks the same till now, do hope they stay a bit longer...
Thought to show some flower pics from inside as it was misty and cold outside today. Not spring-like at all!! ((click on pics to enlarge))

I am very disappointed today as i thought the weatherman said last night it will be sunny today just like the last two days, but the sun didn't show up here on the island, isntead it was misty all day. I had planned to drive around for some spring pics...should have done it yesterday, oh well maybe later this week.

An ornament completed a while back but always forgot to show a pic, it is on the way to the new owner. I hope Karen will like it.

I hope everyone is having a good start of the week. Thank you so much for stopping by and all the lovely comments. I really appreciate them so much.

Beautiful flowers! It must be wonderful to live where you do this time of year with all the flower farms around you. Gorgeous!

Sorry about your weather - they said here it would rain and cool off, and instead (I'm not complaining!) it's 67 and sunny! What do the weathermen know, anyway??? The backing fabric is perfect for that ornament. Great job!

Those flowers are so beautiful! The Christmas ornament is so cute! Hope the weather clears up your way soon. Nothing but rain here this week, my all time unfavorite thing.

It was misty here yesterday too. Your amaryllis are beautiful, I don't normally think of them as cut flowers but they look stunning like that.
Great ornament too

Nothing like flowers to brighten up a day! I just love tulips, Mylene--you are so lucky to live near fields of them!

I'm sure Karen will love her little ornament--you always do such nice work :)

Your flowers are gorgeous Mylene! My neighbor has those same Amaryllis and they are blooming like crazy now in her yard!

The weather has been gorgeous here. Sunny & in the low 80's with no humidity! I am trying to convince DH this would be a good weekend to work on the flowerbeds. We usually are out there in the heat & humidity doing it LOL I want to do it now before it gets too hot.

Lovely ornamnet! I am sure Karen will love it!

Very pretty flowers. We are having some lovely spring days now but the temperature is way above average for this time of year. I hope that doesn't mean we're going to have a very hot summer as I'm not going to like it!

Beautiful ornament.

Lovely flowers and the ornament is beautiful. It has been very misty here on the English coast but today the mist lifted quickly and it is now a beautiful sunny day.

Your flowers are so beautiful Mylene! Here in the local flower shop they had Dutch tulips some time ago. First the lady kept them in the box in which they arrived for more than a week, and only after that she removed them from the box, put them into water and displayed in the shop. I love tulips but after this, I did not trust that flower shop to buy :( :(

Flowers are gorgeous Mylene! Also I love the design for the ornament SAL; is that a Lizzie Kate? It looks like her lettering.
