Been for a long walk today, about 5 kilometers. It is still cool and very windy but i really needed to start something as i really gained a lot. I'd rather not go to the sports center so i promised myself to go for a walk 3 or 4 times a week. We also have to minimize drinking wine or beer, i think that's one of the reason why we had gained quite much.
Here's my latest finish so far. Not much stitching done the last days and probably until after the weekend.
DH had finished painting at the kitchen so i can clean tomorrow, but before that we have to go for more groceries. We've done the half today, but still need a lot more for his birthday on saturday.

Good for you - keep on walking! I've been trying to cut back on my glass of wine in the evening too. :( I do so enjoy it, but yes, the weight is not fun.
Did you get the pattern from the old 'Cross Stitch Quick' mag from 2/3 years ago? I did one of those back in Oct 03.=) Looks great, esp with the silver edgings too. Well done!
